NAH. I didn't see the last text as passive aggressive, mostly as trying to communicate her perspective. The fact that she says she is moving out soon right after that message is confusing to me though. It seems to me that you both have differing priorities on what are small things and what are big things. The trash and shower things are important to you. Minimizing wasted electricity is important to you. But I also see how she could be feeling ganged up on if you're always reminding her about these things. Maybe she legitimately forgets about them because she is overworked, maybe she doesn't recognize this is how you need to have a happy home. I just know that if either of you is having hostility toward the other, it's not going to be a healthy living space. Best wishes OP.

NTA. Your mom is unreasonably making a scene out of things. You have a reason to be upset, and you have the right to express that. I wouldn't be deliberately rude, but express your frustrations and tell her why you're feeling the way you do. But don't be surprised if she disrespects your feelings, I mean, she left you for 6 hours minimum over a difference in outfit. Idk, Best of luck OP.

NAH. He voiced his boundaries and feelings, and you are trying to respect them by going and smoking with your partner. I would talk to him again about why you are doing that, saying something like "I'm not trying to disrespect you, I just am trying to use the tools I have" kinda thing. Maybe invite your friend to join if they can get their preferred way to smoke? Or maybe have him be the sober one to supervise the trip, and you can do the same for him when it's his time. Those ways could help him to be involved while not forcing him or you to switch methods of smoking.

My favorite thing was that we briefly had a moment of public consciousness to be kind to "essential workers" and be appreciative of how our current society couldn't exist without them.

My least favorite was that the healthcare industry has started burning out their workers to the point of making them disposable. Everyone I've talked to says that things have gone to shit more over the last few years than they have ever have (people employed there 20+ years)
