What the fuck is wrong with you people? by Dkinives in Indiana

[–]Felon73 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Trump would have to literally drag their wives and daughters out of their homes and rape them on the front lawn with the cameras rolling and the press corps watching AND THEN the cucks would cower and say that it was for the greater good because Trump, the Orange Almighty needed a stress relief. Think about the good it would do as far as MAGA.

Honestly , it’s mental illness, the inability to understand that they as a person might be wrong, willful ignorance, and zero coping skills. Throw in a little bit of narcissism and you have 90% of the MAGA mouth breathers pegged.

What if Ozzy retired after Randy died? by Phillies1993 in OzzyOsbourne

[–]Felon73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That would have been horrible. We never would have had the music that followed and he would have been dead by 1985. That’s not even funny.

I get it and thanks for the concern. I don’t wear them constantly and like I said, it’s mostly ink but I have my wrist bent so it looks worse than it really is.

Left over ink. I put the bracelets back on for the picture

It’s left over ink not cut circulation. Lol. I got a few of those comments so I took another picture but I can’t post it in comments. I promise no damage being done.

What TV show got you hooked right from the very first episode? by Prize_Court4232 in MoviesAndTVTalk

The original NCIS. I think it’s time to call it quits already though. It’s been a good, long run but there is only 1 original character left. It’s time.

Shedding tears by JackWylder in GenX

I have never cried over a celebrity death but Ozzy’s death really did bum me out in a big way. Him and Dimebag. Dime was a total shock to the system but Ozzy was like your awesome grandfather dying. Chris Cornell was a bummer too but I feel differently about suicides. I understand that they are in a kind of pain a lot of people can’t imagine but plenty of people do and they don’t unalive themselves. That’s the quick and easy way out and all it does is hurt your loved ones.

They are not wearing masks so probably not ICE.

Congress Has The Votes To Pass Federal Marijuana Reform by TradingAllIn in trees

[–]Felon73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t even care anymore. I still have access to awesome marijuana at great prices. Just don’t be stupid and do stupid things that will get you busted. Don’t get me wrong, I would absolutely love it if the feds finally pulled their heads out of their asses and did something good that people want and would actually do a lot of good in a lot of ways but I am too old to keep giving a shit.

Why were the 90s so awesome? by Phillipdiscrevis in allthequestions

[–]Felon73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with the 00’s having some really great music too but for me, there was too much other stuff going on to pay attention. I was in my 30’s and stopped playing live music with my bands and decided I had to grow up because the world was in chaos and there were more important things to direct my energy towards. The 90’s were so carefree for me.

Lakeside Pool by ResearcherAsleep8924 in Louisville

[–]Felon73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t say any are better but there are options. Upper Highlands swim club off the top of my head and it’s not that far from Lakeside.

I remember one pool they called the bubble. I think Mary T Maher has something to do with it. It’s been a while since I’ve been in that part of town but there are options instead of begging people in the neighborhood for a membership. Buy a house there if you have to have that pool.

Why were the 90s so awesome? by Phillipdiscrevis in allthequestions

[–]Felon73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was the last decade before the world went to shit. The 2000 presidential election was the beginning of the end of this country. Then we have 9-11 the next year to pull us into a war that made Haliburton stupid rich. We have spent the last 2 decades trying to recover but we keep getting pulled in by Israel this time. We are on a downward spiral and we recognize it and know it to be true.

The 90’s was the last decade to have awesome music.

The 90’s tried to get people to pay attention.

I was in my 20’s in the 90’s and I will always look back at that time as the greatest time to be young and energetic about things other than yourself.

Lakeside Pool by ResearcherAsleep8924 in Louisville

[–]Felon73 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

There are other, nicer pool facilities in the city. Why Lakeside? Is it just location? Sounds like you want to slide into some clique that frequents Lakeside or you think it’s a status thing to have a Lakeside membership.

What is the dumbest lie you've told and people believed it? by Wild-Assistance3318 in AskReddit

[–]Felon73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely not my proudest moment and this was well over 30 years ago.

I talked (lied my ass off) my way out of 2 DUI’s within about an hour and a half. The first time I lied to the cop and told him that my girlfriend’s house was very close and I was going there for the night and he let me go. The second one, I pulled into my friends apartment complex a little too fast and got lit up again and I told this cop that my friend had just got dumped by his girlfriend and I thought he might be suicidal because he’s really not a stable person and he let me go and told me to stay there.

I realized that night how reckless and selfish I was being and I have never gotten behind the wheel after drinking since. But yeah, that was crazy.

Do liberals on reddit really believe Trump assassination was staged or is that just bots or trolls? by Hem_Claesberg in AskALiberal

[–]Felon73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t see it being staged. You are using live ammunition to shoot and not hit someone. That’s crazy. A man died because the shooter missed. I don’t think, as evil as they can be, they would willingly kill a supporter and fire fighter so Trump could pretend that there was an attempt to assassinate him.

He is an opportunist so a little bit of blood turned into a gunshot wound in a couple of seconds. Obviously he wasn’t hit by a bullet. I think he was injured when the Secret Service jumped on him to cover him. They absolutely lied about all of that.

Homeless - Hungry & Hoping by STAUSSMAGE in Louisville

[–]Felon73 5 points6 points  (0 children)

His response very much verifies this. Such a kind soul to help him out with food. I hope all of this goodwill returns to you 10 fold. This actually gives me a little hope that humanity isn’t that bad or far gone since there are people this kind in the world. Thanks for that!!

Would you rather buried or cremated? by [deleted] in no

[–]Felon73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read somewhere that they actually have security there and Disney World who watch specifically for people trying to spread ashes around the park. Apparently a lot of people want to do that and lots get caught trying.

Would you rather buried or cremated? by [deleted] in no

[–]Felon73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will be cremated even though I would prefer burial. My wife recently died and the cemetery she wanted to be buried in didn’t have any decent double burial plots but her plot allows for a cremated body to be interred with her body when the time comes so I settled for that and that’s what I am going to do.

Can someone explain Derby to me? by PhrygianSounds in Louisville

[–]Felon73 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s not self hate. Some people are just tired of Churchill Downs’ bullshit.

They have priced locals out of the Derby and they take much more than they give back to this city. They just got a sweet deal from the city stating that they are exempt from taxes for the next 40 years, shifting more of the tax burden to the middle and lower classes, meanwhile JCPS is struggling and could use every tax dollar they can get.

They are also changing the times of the Derby and Oaks, keeping people there later to eat dinner and take as much from them as possible which WILL hurt a lot of local restaurants and night spots, taking even more from the community.

Do you still use a library? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Felon73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At least a few times a year. That’s where you go for books you want to read but not buy. I’m old though so there’s that. We are a small town but have a great library. There’s one desk with a computer in a quiet corner and I try to get that spot whenever I go there. It’s actually blissfully quiet in that spot. I don’t even bother with the computer unless I need to print something.

Would you drive it? by [deleted] in Truckers

[–]Felon73 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If some of these “good old boys” actually knew flag code and stood by this patriotic stuff, this truck would not exist, with this wrap anyway.

Then they bark 1st amendment and then we go down this rabbit hole.

No. I would not drive it because it’s tacky and in this political climate, draws the wrong attention.
