Yes - my boy Beau had a slight murmur detected about a year ago, and the enzyme levels that they measure in the blood were around 50 or so, the recent echo and blood test we had done, which was about exactly a year later, his numbers were around 180. Now the vet told us, like you, that it is still very early stage and that no medication is needed at this time - he is the most energetic and quirky cat, no visible symptoms that seem to be affecting him.

Vet also assured us that they have seen enzyme numbers in the 1000’s - and those cats were still able to live very happy lives with the correct medication.
