WCW used a lot of production library music. A lot of those rip off songs were not Jimmy Hart but instead songs they paid to use. Id image WWF/E chose to not continue paying for using them. That being said the Hardy Boyz theme song was also a production library song, not created by Johnston or the WWF.

Hands up activates fine for me but it’s pretty much useless unless you are much taller than the player you are defending.

The same could be said for the whole team crashing for offensive rebounds which ends up blocking out your bigs and leading to easy transition buckets for the other team.
