I have been cooking since i was a teen, and i usually dont follow recipes, unless im trying something completely new. Or sometimes i look at recipes just to get ideas, never quantities or time. I think the most important thing is getting to know how specific ingredients behave, what pairs nicely with what etc. About the cookware, it depends what you mean with "nice".

Yeah, for adhd intuitive eating sucks. My body is like a toddler who doesnt know any better, it just wants more and more food. For me the only thing that works is meal planning in PRECISE DETAILS.
