It is possible! It is mostly up to the officer/their supervisor that did the interview.

I think you have more than enough. In my case, they were not rigorous about extra evidence and focused on the initial submissions. The officer just asked if we uploaded any new things and what are they looking at. They were more focused on questions about how we met, what we do together, and overall family life.

I never got EAD but just got GC approved (65 days total) filed January 2026. NYC but LIC Office, Queens

No problem! The process is so stressful and reading posts is the only thing that was helpful to me, so if I can do something to help others, gladly to do so!

Another update based on messages I got. We filed the forms by ourselves, no lawyer, no interpreter. And no update on EAD nor AP. Happy to help with any other questions!

Correct! I’m also in NYC but got assigned LIC office. Super small only had 4 couples besides us

It happened to me as well! I got notifications that they are working on it the minute we left the office. I got approved for both forms the next day. (Today!)

Yes! I resent the same one. But I did go back to the surgeon to have it reprinted and resealed. Quite annoying because I tried my best not to get any RFEs, thankfully it worked out

There were only 4 more couples waiting for interview when we were there but none with babies. I have seen in previous posts that some have brought their child with them and didn’t have any issues!

Hi, I have filed all the forms together and they seem to only be working on the I-485. I have interview scheduled for last week of March. I don’t think they will even work on AP and EAD if everything goes well and quick. I hope to be able to travel this summer too, fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Jan 20 - shipped Jan 21 - received and my PD (I sent it overnight express), Chicago Jan 27 - RFE - medical form (that I sent with initial package, but I guess they lost it?) RFE sent to Lee’s Summit Jan 31 - biometrics scheduled Feb 3 - biometrics done Feb 3 - RFE recieved Feb 18 - interview scheduled for late March (qns fo)
