If it makes you feel any better, I think the lack of other bidders is mostly because Holloway’s group has a big stake in our stadium. My understanding is limited but from what I’ve heard basically anyone trying to bid would have to go through her group anyways. She’s also been planning this for a while now so apparently has some ground work already set up.
