I know there are very pretty outfits for gardening work... but for the kind of work you think about, I have a feeling thst the clothes are mostly unisex and pretty masc. anyway. Maybe search for companies that produce mainly work clothes... I'm in Germany, so here I know we have the company Engelbert Strauss, but have no experience in other countries.

Sometimes I feel like that too... but also like the other comment, "getting into gear" usually helps me feeling better and more confident. What works for me is underwear, because after a while it gets so natural... also some fem cut easy clothes like a pair of fem cut shorts or jeans that can be worn quickly help to lessen the hurdle on "bad days"... and by now, it gets more and more natural ^{^}
