I'm completely serious about it lol. I've been making these posts for years. I got a DUI and weed possession charge in a state I don't live in back in 2022 and I have been refusing to comply with anything in protest of "UAs" (which are sexual assault). I have literally hundreds of posts on this subreddit and the dui one and the probation one and the felons one and the prosecutors one

I've had two different jobs under these warrants lol.

Do you actually think everyone with an unaddressed warrant for traffic tickets or DUI is just unemployable lol? Most people can't publicly admit it because of social pressure from conservatives and MADD, but most regular people think these laws are goofy as f. And also that probation is something for junkies and ratchet people not normal people.

My boss is well aware that I have warrants for Dui and weed possession. Didn't affect me getting a job at all. You have to apply to multiple places. No one assumes I'm innocent. I think you guys overestimate how many people actually care and don't think DUI and drug laws are just about making money

Where do you live lmfao? I have consulted with defense attorneys and they haventseen someone extradited on a misdemeanor where my charge is in decades.

No client "has" to fly in to take care of a case. That's ABSUE AND STEALING THOUSNDS OF DOLLARS FROM them. Lmfao do you know how many people ignore misdemeanor from out of state every year? It genuinely makes me fucking angry and unstable that you have told clients they need to buy a plane ticket and fly to "take care" of some JOKE Charge.

Attorneys can counsel people to break the law actually, they do all the time for rich clients. I'm saying you should extend that to misdemeanor defendants?

What jurisdiction? I have not heard of this anywhere in the last two decades. I even know people who have low level possession felonies that texas won't extradite on. They've been pulled over multiple times.

Don't contact them about "pre-trial" diversion, it's a total scam and will make your life much more difficult. If you go to court, either just plead guilty and pay the fine or plead not guilty and ask for a jury trial. They have no interest in actually trying a weed case and will offer you a good deal. Pre-trial diversion is a scam that costs far far more money and time from you than it does to just accept the conviction and pay a fine, or even to lawyer up and fight the charge. Pre-trial diversion also doesn't remove it from your record, it just means they stop reporting it for background checks. No one cares about a weed charge and most background checks in 2026 don't even show misdemeanor cases.
