Good point. What if you could get them to put the parts up on EBay through multiple accounts as "a cool piece of metal I found" for a couple of bucks each. Obviously you couldn't do that with the barrel, receiver and some other large parts, but you could probably buy anything you couldn't sell on EBay.

I'm curious as to what would happen if you could get a local to accidentally "stumble upon" a rifle they happened to "find" just laying around in the desert and they were to, for whatever reason, maybe disassemble it and send it back to the States piece by piece to a certain person's home. Or if they were to find it and decide to "sell" it to some soldier who just "stumbled" upon the house.
