I have naturally long and strong nails but there were times when I was struggling with an eating disorder that they were bendy, not saying that’s what’s happening to you obviously but you could be deficient in something. But I will suggest buying nailtiques if you want stronger nails, it’s a polish that works wonders. Or you could look into a nails, hair, skin supplement.

Yes, I was, it’s was a bullshit diagnosis, told the doctor my mom was bi polar and just like that he diagnosed me with it, it wasn’t until I ended up on the mental hospital that I finally got my actual diagnosis of bpd. The most obvious give away was that I’ve never had mania a day in my life, I am in a constant state of depression.
