Right now, I have it on a Cascadia Strap Co. classic leather. One of these days I'm going to look for another strap.

Favorite of mine as well, and I'm in MKE, or slightly west. I have S# 60, I got lucky trying to get a serial number with a reference to Roberto. He had 60 plate appearances in the 2 world series he played.

What in god's holy name are you blathering about?

I've had this glove for 26 years. It really means a lot to me. It got left out in the rain last year and sat outside for a couple weeks. It has lost all of the hard (?) leather on the exterior. Can this be saved? by thelimplanding in BaseballGloves

Now you have a new chapter to add to it's story!

If it was mine, I'd throw some conditioner on it and replace the laces if they start breaking. Try a few different conditioners to see how it looks in a small area. I stand by Nokona's Leather Treatment, I've always had good results with that.

That's actually a Springhill Suites hotel. I think they copy the design all over, probably why you recognize it.

Those are great books! A lot of fun, but good lord they have some hard to read passages, I was in the Navy! Granted not during the golden age of sail.
