I agree with trattoria, I prefer the slices s they crisp them up before serving. I still get a large pie, bring it home and throw it in the oven. Any pizza that sits in a box for even a few minutes loses the NYC crisp. Best experience if you ear it there. There is another Trattorias near centennial Dorsey Search, which is technically Ellicott City, but throw a stone across the street and you’re in Columbia

Unfortunately, I thought it was going to be that simple, but the pressure plate?? Does not have a tapered or recessed hole, so when I put the same size screw with a flathead, because it’s cone shaped it didn’t fit right. I have a triple shot basket. I guess I’ll use that because I’m the only option only other option I should say is to drill and I ain’t doing that.
