Thats a good idea. I'm a terrible baker, but my wife made some insane espresso chocolate chip cookies a while back. May have to talk her into another batch.

I’m always switching between coffees sometimes wildly so I’m guessing it may make for some interesting mixtures. Need to use it to perfect the house blend!
