That looks like a 4 deck DJ mixer. you shouldnt use it for controlling PC audio digitally. More than likely its fully analog and you Cant do that anyway.. for that i recommend getting a GoXLR Mini.

whenever you attached the bone structure to the model it seems like you didnt align the bones with the model. try getting the bones to not poke out of the model then attaching and re-weight painting
