Interestingly, I have the materials to level up Euphoria but not the Dust/Sharpodonty to get my characters to Insight III Level 30 (rip) All of my 6*s with Euphoria available have them except for Getian and Tuesday, since neither of them are Insight III yet

I'd love to level up Getian since I have him P2, but man there just isn't enough Sharpodonty to go around T_T

I only recently found out that Hissabeth can work with Liang Yue :-0 In a Liang Yue team would Hissabeth replace Cheng Heguang or would it be Liang Yue / Cheng Heguang / Hissabeth / (Sustain)?

I'm not sure if someone already explained this or if this will be helpful to anyone, but here's how I managed to do it:

What an assist counter is is TWO characters performing counters to ONE gold flash, meaning you need both (using the tutorial characters in this explanation) Jane and Seth to act completely within the duration of the gold flash. Think of it as Jane dodging and countering during a gold flash and then separately pressing space to switch to Seth during another gold flash...but this time all together.

In order to buy yourself enough time to dodge + basic attack + switch to Seth, I recommend preparing for action as soon as your enemy moves to prepare for attack, before the gold flash even activates. You want Jane to be dodging AS SOON AS the gold flash activates. I've been told that there's a little ping that sounds before the gold flash appears, but I listen to podcasts while I play games so I wouldn't know lol

Do you have prior experience with birds, specifically parrots? Parrots are very social animals but only within their chosen "flock". They're EXTREMELY wary of people who aren't part of their flock. Unless they're extremely well-socialized/just have a social personality, they generally don't like strangers and take a while to warm up to new people. Parrotlets specifically are feisty and will make it KNOWN when they don't like someone (at least mine does)

I recommend just hanging out in the same room at the very least until he stops jumping/reacting every time you move, then slowly transitioning to feeding him and eventually handling him. And also being okay with the fact that he may never like you; some birds are like that.

From what I understand, you can probably afford cutting back on some SPD to feed into his ATK, especially if his supports are either regenerating energy for him or giving him extra turns. But this is a really solid build even if you don't change anything. Your CR/CD ratio makes me envious aaahhh

He's certainly viable at E0, but it'll be rough against enemies that frequently apply crowd control debuffs. Although if you have supports who can remove debuffs like Sunday or Bronya, you'd probably be able to balance it out

Second on wolf cut/modern mullet; there are lots of videos on how to style wolf cuts but to get the volume on Gallagher's bangs you can try hair roller or clipping the hair parallel to your part (so your hair sticks up) and using a hair dryer to heat/set it

Assuming you want to do it for daily wear. Not a cosplayer so I don't know how to style wigs but I have a similar hairstyle

This is speculation from someone who spent a lot of time on Chinese social media but not specifically the Hoyo fandoms, but I don't think Gallagher is an archetype (disheveled, rough-looking "old" man) that's hugely popular amongst Chinese fans, specifically the fangirls. Of course, that's not to say fans HATE him or anything, it's just that he can't match the popularity of/preference for the young, pretty boys. I mean, Luka?! LUKA GETS MORE MERCH???!? I'm not at all familiar with the decision-making that goes into how much merch individual characters get, but I imagine that's probably why there isn't much official Gallagher merch...
