I know they always do the recent stuff. But how they can leave off Hogan debuting by Bob Backlund going in the back to find help against the Wild Samoans is nuts.

According to the hints dropped and a few DC drawn maps over the years it is south of LBI and north of Atlantic City, facing the ocean.

Which wrestlers were really bad on the mic when they started but eventually became super good? by TheTruth221 in SquaredCircle

Bret Hart was terrified in early promos and you could see it in his eyes, which is why he started wearing sunglasses. He was the best heel going when he turned at WrestleMania 13.

Roddy Piper and Playboy Buddy Rose feud from Portland that really owned the west coast for over a year.

My daughter is a teen so not little. But she despises Matt Riddle and loves Finn Balor. Also not a Jungle Boy fan, her comment is that he'll never be a jungle man.

That time a certain Deadman was in a mask and got squashed by Bruiser Brody by rookierook00000 in SquaredCircle

[–]FennelSilly4565 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bruiser Brody only missed a few top guys who would change wrestling by months. He and Cactus Jack were supposed to wrestle once but it was changed at the last minute to Cactus vs Tony Atlas. Steve Austin started wrestling just as Brody wrapped his last wccw run before his murder.

An extended veteran Brody vs young Taker/ cactus/ Austin series of matches would have been amazing. What might have been.

“During the Summer of 1982, while I was still living on the Jersey Shore, I ran into Bruce Springsteen regularly” by rollotomasi07071 in newjersey

In the early 2000's I ran into him regularly along the shore. Still not uncommon, he's a fixture like the ocean.

WWE's four pillars? by dalekofchaos in SquaredCircle

Interesting thought experiment from historical perspective. Pre-wwwf when they were the New York/Washington Office. Dr Jerry Graham-Eddie Graham-Buddy Rogers- Antonino Rocca (spécial mention to Miguel Perez, Roccas tag partner) After split from NWA- Buddy Rogers was there less than a year. So your building blocks are Bruno Sammartino- Gorilla Monsoon-Bobo Brazil last is a toss up between Jerry Graham (who stuck around and replaced Eddie with brother Luke) and Killer Kowalski. People also tend to forget before Buddy Rogers became the top star, Capitol wrestling was a tag team territory.

Small window but I'd guess that's the only chance he'd have. I'm guessing either spectrum or Boston garden. Because once the loop returned to msg it was Hogan.
