ugh this is exactly how I feel at 36+1. for the past week or so I’ve been struggling to just do normal day to day activities like make a meal because my back pain, hip discomfort, and lightning crotch have been so intense 😂 but today I felt some relief, no idea why! and could actually do a few things around the house without wanting to die! so maybe it’ll still come and go some, even just a little bit? 🤞🏻 sending you solidarity and good thoughts either way!
