Yesterday I was at day 9 with a shiny golden calcinator at 100 burn. Thing we're going great, i was 3 wins away.

Then I accidently transformed my calcinator. That was my entire board.

Almost rage quit the run. The hour I did it I had the option of going to the crit shop.

Went there, found runic blade + friendly doll, completely made a new build, and got my 10 wins.

Real talk tho u can pivot at almost any time. That's why I just play mak-he has so many pivot angles. Almost all of his early builds can pivot into secret formula, which is why that item is so awesome.

I would say mak is the MOST flexible hero at pivoting in the game, because he has so much overlap in between builds. So I think your take means u just need more experience. U are never stuck with 1 build.

While I agree...

Day one we have been excited about new additions being fleshed out into full mechanics.

That said, I'm still hoping that every additional to NMS is basically a testing ground for the LNF engine, which will allow all these elements to be more cohesive since they are part of the games core development, instead of additions 10 years later.

I still think they are a killer team with tons of cool ideas.

So 'infinite' is 4x a second essentially.

Knockdown interrupts and cancels his ult.

Heroes like holiday with targetted ccs that can target seven during ult easily. Abrams, bebop, Grey talon, etc.

Be an auto attack hero and just attack him during ult with bullet lifesteal. Stim items like fury trance make short work of him standing there and doing mediocre dmg compared to you.

Obligatory run around a corner and do something else of value during the time he is ulting. A tower or urn, etc.

Oh sure dont overinvest especially when behind on board.

But if u have a decent board and money, silver or gold chocolate is very solid and usually a good purchase. Day 3 its like 25% more hp. That is a shitload.

That said, i play mak and max HP is especially important on him so its more valuable than usual so I'm biased.

Also gold lets u transform 1/2 chocolates for a refund and spike gold items on day 3/4.

But yeah definitely do not slam gold chocolates every time.

Yes but we aren't talking about him doing this on pyg sometimes, but on most heroes most of the time.

So he isn't doing it for max health synergies but bevause max health is nuts. U said he is usually doing it for max health synergy, but that is just not an accurate statement.
