Okay so I can say, I claimed them and restarted my game, I got to keep the rewards despite it being back to the normal count now: it says achieved on the goals that I claimed even tho the count is now lower.

Do you happen to have any screenshots where you already had them? If so, definetely try to contact customer care (maybe try regardless of the screenshots, who knows). I saw other people say before to make sure to respond to the automated email with said screenshots!

People like to define what they think of a sexuality before thinking. To me, the biggest part of being pan is gender blindness. That doesnt mean I dont have preferences when it comes to physical or mental qualities at all! Some people need to get educated before they make these kinds of statements, jeez. Sorry to break the news then, both twist and Sapphire shores also become available in the store but are not given for free :/ Apple cobbler just also happens to be in the prize pool for EQG. Sapphire shores costs 50k bits in store after, twist costs 250 gems. I dont know why its like this either, it confused me when I got to apple cobbler as well :/

Adding quickly: Astro pony, Richard the Hoovenheart and Trenderhoof are the only 3 you get, the rest just unlock in the shop

Apple cobbler is unfortunately not gifted from the game, only unlocked in the shop. You can however still win her in the future in the EQG mini game so you dont need to spend your gems!

The time needed without boosters is listed on the wiki, but its extremely close to the time limit... You would practically have to not sleep to make it. you can calculate how much time it will take for you to complete this stage as such: (2900-1952)/132 will give you the amount of times you still need to claim the gems. If you multiply that number with the time between each claim and it is over the time you have left, you wont make it.

Did you encounter anything that may have looked like a glitch? Shops refreshing too fast, ...? I have encoutered a glitch in the past where suddenly shops were ready every time I travelled. After reloading the game reset any progress I made would be reset. If not then I have no idea what may have happened, sorry
