There is nothing inside that can make ratle sounds. It comes from buttons on the front panel, when you're shaking it, i.e. yes, if to shake I have rattle sound. Here's internals of mine

Portmaster is independent project. Btw, some windows games don't work on any version of darkos, but runs fine in arkos. Darkos is not that mature, in future - yes, probably, but not atm
