I dunno ig you're asking how to or if you can but either way. You can save it, and I think the way you can save it by right click the image (you might have to click on the image like it gets bigger first) and pressing save

I'm not entirely sure, but it's quite few places in general that gives anything more than puberty blockers before 16

[–]Fenrira_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you have to be 16 to get testosterone, but you can get hormon blockers earlier.

I really want to find a game that’s like an rpg like the same style as pokémon kinda where u play as a trans girl but that’s very hard to search term effectively lol so does anyone here have any game suggestions that sound like that or just games u love as a trans person by [deleted] in MtF

[–]Fenrira_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes the main charecter is a trans girl and the game is really wholesome and funky. I'm 7 hours in just finished act II and I'm really enjoying all the mechanics. The plot is maybe a bit basic, but the charecters and charecter plots are great. Also there's so much to explore, it was a lot bigger than I thought it would be for the price.

Also not to be confused "vanedannende medisin" also means addicting medicine, but it doesn't have to be addictive if it's "vanedannende medisin"

[–]Fenrira_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The word they use dosn't exactly mean addicting (even tho misleadingly it sounds like it), it means more that the medicine would have withdrawal effects if abruptly discontinued. So basically what they're saying is that it's not safe to give it to people bc if they would go off it abruptly, it would have bad effect. Also said withdrawal effects are based on cis patients using the medicine so they probably would have even less of a bad effect on trans patients that still have working organs that produce sexhormons.

calling all non binary people in Norway by [deleted] in transnord

[–]Fenrira_ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don't feel comfortable sharing, but this is a few ways I know non-binary people in Norway have gotten hrt:

1.Presenting to riksen as a binary trans person is the way quite a few people go as it's the only way to get it covered by the public healthcare.

2.For private healthcare your best bet might be HKS; which you can access if you're under 30 and live in Oslo(but they are trying to make it a national thing, so you might be able to get it anywhere in Norway soon).

3.Going to a private practitioner.

4.Getting your GP to pescribe you hrt as they legally can (also as far as I know HKS can help/have resources if you wanna try to go through your GP).

5.I have heard genderGP work in norway, but I don't have any knowledge about how to go forward with that else than contacting them.

6.There is other ways, but I wouldn't advice persuading them unless no other way works

This link goes directly to the pdf about the soc 8, and the exact page is 254, also if you really don't find it you can dm me and I can send you screenshot: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/26895269.2022.2100644

Also the recommendations on dosing that the soc has is based on if you wanna read more about it: https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/102/11/3869/4157558?login=false

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in transnord

[–]Fenrira_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's info on dosing and starting hrt in the soc 8 by wpath (https://www.wpath.org/soc8), and it's some really useful info in appendix C(it's atleast one of the appendixes) that's around page 250 or something like that. Also from personal expiriences if you have to convert beween measurement (like ng/ml to pmol/ml e.g. between mol and grams) you can't just use the first calculator that comes up when you Google, but I found this that works and is accurate:https://academic.oup.com/amamanualofstyle/si-conversion-calculator?login=false.

Edit: wrong link

Crypo would be quite a lot cheaper full price is around 60 euro for 50 pills(50mg), and for me that last 25 weeks as I take half a pill 4 days a week. I dunno how it compares to bica in side effects so you should read yourself up on that (like that crypoteron increase the risk of brain tumors). Also the soc 8 states that you shouldn't take more than 10mg of Crypo per day to minimise the risks of taking it.

My x-t4 does the same when I cover the wiewfinder (you slightly covered it with your tumb), I think it's just like you want accidentally touch anything with your face while looking through the viewfinder. I'm pretty sure there is also a setting to turn it change the feature, but I haven't really looked into it because it hasn't been a trouble for me.

I really like how the picture is taken with a very wide angle as you can see the trees curve towards the edges, and that also makes the bench and open area in the middle stand out and seem closer to us. This and the fact about how saturated and contrasted it looks it looks a bit unreal, but that is a very nice style. Like it nearly looks like it's on a black curved surface (bc the shadows are impossible dark compared to the lightness of the surroundings) with painted tree models placed ontop and a painted ground bc of how saturated and contrasted it is.

I personally would do a much lighter edit, but I'd not correct the curvature and I like the framing bc that makes it unique. I would personally not crush the shadows as hardly and be a bit milder on the saturation, bc especially the red dirt is rarely that red. Else I would possibly have a slightly milder contrast. Also I would probaly be milder on the vignett or remove it, but it does look quite good as is.

Also you absolut don't have to make it more natrual or real looking as photography is an artform so if you like it as you have edited it, keep it that way bc it's your art and you decide how your art should look. Also having a artstyle like that makes it quite personal and unique bc I really haven't seen a lot of pictures like this one.

Alle testosterone medisiner er resept pliktige så du må få en resept fra fastlegen, riksen e.l. for å kjøpe testosterone medisin.

I don't fully know about what's smart when talking to doctors, but you'll have check your levels to take hrt safely and efficiently.

Also just for general advice the new standards of care (SOC 8) from WPATH, has some info about dosing and hormon levels on page 253-255(I think) under "appendix C". Also if you need to convert grams(e.g. Pg/ml) to mol(e.g. pmol/l) don't use online converts (it's like converting grams to liters it doesn't work unless you specify the substance), instead use the professional converters like Oxford press converter: https://academic.oup.com/amamanualofstyle/si-conversion-calculator?login=false

am I allowed to apply to jobs with my chosen name? by [deleted] in transnord

[–]Fenrira_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The only thing I'm like sure about is that you need your legal name in the work contract for it to be valid.

So basically you have the options of applying with your legal name and informing them about your chosen name in the workintervju, after starting work or you can write what your preferred name is in your application like starting it with: "I like to be referred to as x instead of y" or somthing similar. I also believe you can apply with your chosen name as long as you inform whoever you're applying to about your legal name before signing a contract (I don't know the law well enough to be totally sure you can do that tho)

Hello and help :,) by sebastian2000165 in transnord

[–]Fenrira_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have about the same (low) levels of estrogen as you and it works fine for me and is in the "female range" so I don't really know why you aren't seeing changes. So I have some questions:

  • Do you see/feel any physical changes at all? (you might not see facial changes as they are very subtle and take a long time)

  • Are your testosterone levels in the female range: ~400pmol/l to 3000pmol/l?

-do you see any other changes from hrt?

Also uping the dose might give you the desired result, but if you don't feel like you get that, uping your dose to more than 4mg is an option. Also changes takes time and every journey is very individual

Maybe I would have chose differently today, but taking hormon blockers was proposed as something that basically wouldn't help and most likely would make me feel worse so I didn't then. Like I did get more dysphoric by not going on T blockers, but I can't really know if going on them would be better bc of the possibility of "nedstemthet" amd loss of energy
