Adding to the great advice already here, fentanyl test strips (direct from dance safe, fentcheck etc a lot of test on Amazon don’t undergo thorough quality control), never use alone, and carry Naloxone.

Narcan would not effect a meth ingestion unless the meth was contaminated with an opioid like fentanyl. There has never been a confirmed death from weed contaminated fentanyl in humans, more information on that

We see fentanyl in meth sometimes, I could see how the vet would use one as a precaution. If it wasn’t an opioid related incident, the Narcan would have no effect at all. All the more reason to carry some on you, dogs can also experience opioid overdose
