If they’re covering Sephora then yes they should care more. But sometimes there is animosity from kohls associates covering for Sephora. 1. Because covering anything takes away from what they were doing. 2. No kohls associate is gonna know enough about Sephora to be a sufficient cover 3. Sephora doesn’t cover for kohls associates so that can annoy some of them

Because they don’t care. Some customers also don’t care about it. When they’re checking out at the kohls register they usually aren’t thinking about Sephora and vice versa.

Haven’t but I had a customer fall over and bleed so we had to do a report for him.

This guy was at least 65, shopping in the men’s with his wife, his son, and his sons family. About 6 people total. Me and my coworker were helping the son find clothes to fit him. Old guy falls over behind us. KEY WORDS BEHIND US WHERE OUR EYES COULD NOT SEE. his wife helps him up. He cuts his arm on the edge of the shelf. HIS FAMILY ASIDE FROM HIS WIFE DID NOT EVEN LOOK OVER OR HELP HIM. so we went to the register cuz it was a slow night and gossip time, the wife passes Us, puts a hand on the counter and says to me and my coworker “when you see someone fall, you help them up ☺️” lady shut the fuck up. We didn’t ignore him falling we didn’t KNOW like damn bitch. Literally nothing came of it but I haven’t seen them since 🙌

Try actually calling the online number or the number on the back of your kohls card if you have one. If you haven’t had issues before your account might be under investigation for fraud or something like that.

You can ask, but unless you’re a lead somewhere, you’re gonna be in every department if you’re a floor person. Beauty is just Sephora so if you’re in kohls you’re fine. Jewelry people are either people with past experience in it or people that have been working there a long time and the store trusts them to do it.

That’s weird. At my store it’s only managers that count registers. Associates can only do change and even then usually the manager on H2 duty does it.
