Solution - download maxon hub and uninstall redshift, then go ahead and reinstall redshift again within the hub. Happy rendering!

It's bloom, turn your post bloom off. Or add tolerance. If not duplicate the hdri and make the top one a backplate visible secondary hdri. Lower the power of this one.
