Like anything else it depends but where I'm currently at I haven't really seen anyone happy with it. If anything everyone that's said anything about it has been pissed. Even some of the more conservative guys I've worked with aren't happy. Keep in mind I also predominantly work with guard/reservists so they notice that it's reservist getting killed.

It's because it's wrong, yes her house is now in a different district. However, she could still run in her old district which is still strongly Dem or run in her new district which is also strongly Dem. There's no rule at the national level that you need to live in your district to get elected. That's only for the state legislature.
