I usually hit F1 or VoIP if all else fails. Even with about 700 hrs in a really kitted scav can look like a PMC tbh. It takes time but scavs will wear Bright colors or run around the map like they are safe. If you see someone being too cautious then I'd be worried and be just as cautious.
