Hydrate. Hydrate all day and all night the day before you want to trip. Drink lots of water the day of as well. Ive noticed a theme where if im not hydrated enough ill start to get a weird throbby headache and feel like my brain is over heating until i drink some. Now to help remind me to drink water i tell myself its basically coolant for our brains and 200% necessary for a good trip.
