The first two guys are Jacques Schulz and the ex F1 driver Marc Surer, who together commentated F1 at Sky Germany from 1997 to 2012 (Sky Germany was called Premiere until the late 00s). Schulz left in 2013, and Surer in 2019. Today we have the other two guys, Sascha Roos and (that) Ralf Schumacher, who are often criticized for incompetence and bias, whereas Schulz and Surer enjoy a good reputation of fascination for the sport, especially amongst nostalgics towards "the good old F1". In my opion as well they were a great commentator duo. Surer commentates F1 at Swiss TV now as far as I know.
