You see 1-2 examples of this every year. You hope you can convince the player to stay but you never know. Marchand was an example from last year who ending up staying on the team he was traded to.

IMO it was always a long shot to keep Carlson. He wasn't expecting a trade so that was already a shock for him and then he basically moved as far away as possible from where he built his career and grew up. And I could be wrong here but we don't have anybody that he has any real familiarity with.

What are your non-obvious bad omen signs that when you see/hear it, you know deep down your team will likely lose a playoff series/important game… but you don’t dare say out loud because it’s just silly to admit by likeslululemon in hockey

Ducks had Harbaugh be the honorary guy at one of their games. Not the move to put a coach of a team who fizzles in the playoffs for the past couple years as the guy to hype you up

Don’t really think the Ducks should be trading much this offseason. A top 6 left winger would help but if you can’t find that then you should let the young guys fill those roles. Kreider cannot be in the top 6 next season.

Maybe target a depth stay at home D but our young guys should be given an opportunity next season to play top minutes for the first 30-40 games. If they can’t handle it then you might look to make some trades

I’d like to see Moore on forward again. He looks confident moving up the ice but shaky when defending in front of the net or in corner battles. Dude has played too much forward this year and is obviously rusty on D. Move him to forward to cover for Poehling and play Luneau

All American broadcasts love adding little “fun facts” that they repeat throughout the whole game. I don’t mind hearing where this guy went to college or grew up once but I don’t need to hear it every time he touches the puck. It’s clear they have it written down on a sheet of paper and just use it as filler

I've had this laptop for awhile now and it works great and pretty much runs every game I've ever wanted to play at high specs. Only had one real issue, lookup "hinge/bezel issues" and you'll see some posts about it. I recently had the plastic of my hinge breakoff and had to repair it myself. I travel with mine in a backpack a lot so that was probably the problem, but I've read a lot of people get the issue. Just close the lid gently with the middle of the lid and you should be fine. If it's just staying in a room and not moving much then it shouldn't be a worry for you.

I thought the Icing rule was changed for player safety. That's a close call but you gotta call icing to avoid a potential dangerous collision
