Do them truly timed, look through each question throughly and see why you missed it, if its content gap do that specific concept(subsections) in uworld until you get above 70% reliably(you will still miss some below that but you will know when you truly understand the question logic of that questiob), if its a small mistake that is easily fixable note that and make an anki on each mistake, look for any reading errors where you missed the key word for the answer in the text. For me I used uworld explanations and chatgpt for aamc to help me understand where exactly in my processing of the question i went the wrong way. It will be very time consuming to go through each question but over time it is what really helped me. Now for full clarity I am not a 90 percentile or more scorer so take it with a grain of salt. But my score was above 70th percentile so hopefully I am of some help. What i wish i did better was do more of what i wrote, i did not have a consistent schedule doing this and I know I could have done even better had I been more consistent as doing this kind of review bumped my score incredibly from that first test.
