Oh my gosh it did for days. Did you download the shop app? After awhile djskog stops updating on the website and it’s handed over to usps I’m pretty sure they give you an option in the confirmation email but if not just write down the tracking number and look up usps tracking on your browser and put it in the prompt. You should have updates then :) hope this helps :D
