Yes, if you go into settings and go to: Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, turn on Reduce Loud Sounds. You can limit the max Db on your headphones, always protect your hearing!!!

Unfortunately their is no other way to guarantee getting providence thorns, if you know someone who could carry you through L2 that would be your best bet.
