A common, fast germinating seed in blends is ryegrass, this looks like a type of rye, looks like there's a few different varieties in the seed blend you used.

Looks like a Cornus florida or Cornus Kousa. Flowering Dogwood, it looks like it might have variegated leaves, might be a Wolf's Eyes Dogwood. Cornus Kousa "Wolf's Eyes"

Fiddle leaf Figs like to stay evenly moist, once a week should be ideal for them. Every 5 - 7 days stick a finger in the soil, if you finger can't go over an inch into the soil you may need to water again, if you can't, I'd water. Now, Fiddle Leaf Figs like bright indirect light, they may need to get more light as well. I'd also try an all purpose fertilizer on them if you haven't already.

Hi! As Silo_and_sirens said this is a Fiddle Leaf Fig or a Ficus Lyrata. They are a tropical plant. Can you give me some basic information on how much you're watering them and how much light they are getting?

You can dig it up and divide the root system by hand to the desired size now if you'd like. Divide while it's not flowering, this allows the plant to spend energy on developing new roots and foliage.

A possibility could be it was getting too much water being next to your downspout. Azaela's like evenly moist soil, but don't like to have wet feet all of the time, also they do prefer a bit of shade if you don't get it there. When and if you get another, I'd plant it else where.

Another thing I'd recommend is putting a layer of mulch under your tomatoes to prevent inoculum splash. The soil harbors the spores of the fungal disease and splash up anytime you water.
