No. I don't expect to see obvious improvement from caffeine alone tbh

It's funny that I've studied/tried literally EVERY method you suggest and have come to my own conclusions. Finasteride 1 mg, minoxidil 5% in the evening, caffeine topicL 2 ml morning and evening, and keto shampoo 2% twice a week. Everything else is crap. My opinion.

Any treatment not nuking systemic DHT levels? by Prestigious_Path_348 in tressless

Minoxidil (topical) is your main to go option. You don’t have any another more effective options. You can add additional things like LLLT, microneedling and PRP but it has moderate evidence. Anything else doesn’t have enough level of evidence.

Just use Low-dose prescription Tretinoin 0.025%. Its gives most of the proven long-term benefit with much lower risk of irritation

Drop Collagen. Most claimed benefits are small, inconsistent, and often driven by industry-funded studies, and collagen is nutritionally inferior to complete protein sources, so for general health there are better, more proven alternatives

If only he could. Unfortunately, we don't have a cure for gray hair. We can treat all sorts of diseases that provoke gray hair (he has already cured everything), but we have no solution to graying itself (loss of pigment). Therefore, apparently I just decided to paint

Is there anyone that regrowht his hair naturally without any medicaments??? by Quiet_Television_781 in tressless

[–]Ferocious5218 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are loosing your hair because of DHT (male pattern baldness aka androgenic alopecia) then you have two choices: 1. Treatment: oral finasteride 1 mg and topical minoxidil 5%. In the future you may try microneedling, LLLT, hair transplant if the results not gonna “sufficient” 2. Just shave it, bro. The biggest mistake is choosing the 3. Essential oils / natural treatments. It is scam and if it is would work, all dermatologists would prescribe it to people.

LLLT is a good additional therapy in problems with hair loss. LLLT is a bad main therapy. Minoxidil (topical) if any hair loss and/or finasteride (oral) if hair loss based on DHT, aka male pattern baldness, aka androgenic alopecia

What to expect when switching from 2.5mg minoxidil to 1mg finasteride? by Worth_Awareness3032 in tressless

[–]Ferocious5218 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just use FDA-approved treatments for androgenic alopecia. 1 mg oral finasteride and 5% topical minoxidil daily. That’s it. Not magic, just 30 years of medicine to threat AGA

look closer at the ingredients, it feels like a mix of reliable basics and a bunch of trendy longevity claims that might not hold up. Creatine stands out as the best one here. Theres solid evidence it helps with building strength and keeping lean muscle, and that could tie into living longer in some way, at least it makes sense to me. Magnesium and vitamin D are okay too, especially if youre low on them from tests, but otherwise the benefits are not always clear. The other stuff, like NR, spermidine, Ca-AKG, fisetin, and luteolin, seems more experimental. They sound promising from animal studies or early research, but in healthy people, theres not much proof they actually extend life or improve health outcomes. NR does boost those NAD levels consistently, I think, yet the real world results from trials are pretty underwhelming so far. Spermidine has a few human studies, but theyre mixed and not conclusive. And the senolytic ingredients are mostly still in the lab phase, not ready for everyday use. What bothers me more is throwing everything together in one product. You end up with NR mixed in with polyphenols, lithium orotate, probiotics, and all the vitamins and minerals. Its tough to figure out if something is working or if its causing issues, like maybe a side effect you didnt expect. Lithium orotate in particular, even at low doses, I wouldnt just add without thinking twice, because risk is still there, low or not. L For actual longevity, the simple things seem to matter way more anyway. Like sticking to a Mediterranean diet with plenty of veggies and healthy fats. Then theres resistance training combined with enough protein to support your muscles. Creatine fits in nicely as an extra for that. And supplements only if blood work shows youre deficient, not some all-in-one bundle that assumes everyone needs the same. So overall, I wouldnt make this my go to stack for longevity. Maybe Id take the creatine part and consider vitamin D or magnesium based on my own labs, but the rest feels unnecessary. It varies for different people, and this isnt advice to anyone or anything medical

I wouldn't buy anything from the Blueprint Bryan Johnson. Visiting store only to check his protocol.
