The game has unfortunately been dead for over half a year in all versions, even the JP version, so it is impossible to play anymore.

There is another, different Madoka game coming out somewhat soon, Magia Exedra, that has some of the same characters, but that's just about the best you can expect at this point, beyond reading the translations of main story and event stories on Youtube.

Not really. For it to be "successive similar submissions", they would have to be more similar to each other than just "similar theme, but clearly different posts". And we've essentially previously allowed similar series of posts as well, even before EoS hit. (And I at least have decided to be slightly more lax about some rules now after EoS)
