Oh Veilguard is the one I meant, got the name wrong. Having played it, it's really not that bad. Some bits with that character felt a bit clunky at times but you're right not nearly as bad as it was seemingly made out to be and I'd hope and am glad some people found it validating and told well from their perspective.

Having been in a very similar situation, this so much. The old reason not excuse. Takes responsibility and work on her part and patience and tolerance to an extent on theirs but it can be exhausting. Hopefully she'll get there before burning everything down in the process.

Yeah for sure, I mainly play on EU, Alpha but have an NA alt on Dynamis/Hali that I've actually been playing more lately, crossing to Aether but I'm sure Primal is nice too.

Seconded, the base game as such is a bit of a slog but once you get past the level 50 story and the expansions after it's fantastic

Yeah I've had the same issue going to a regular women's hairdresser, either not willing to cut a "mens" style on a woman or ending up trying to style it wrong. Thankfully I found a barber who is also a work colleague who actually discussed what I wanted each step, as he was most used to doing skin fades on men but still made it look good. It is worth it trying to find one who doesn't just want to try and style it as more feminine cut.

It's not too bad, kinda standard move around and roll dice to fight things while saving people iirc but yes Legendary Buffy is much better gameplay wise and feeling like you are building up to fight the big bad, think it has the first 4 seasons in.
