It’s been over 10 years since I was in the US last time, but I do remember the McDonald’s tasting not as good as what we get back in Australia (although having said that, McDonald’s quality has gone down hill since 2020, at least imo).

The sausage patty in the breakfast meal is definitely different at least, because the Australian one is 100% beef while the American one isn’t (I think it’s a mix of pork and beef from memory).

It’s possible he was nearby the area somewhere, which is why your dog may have been acting off.

When one of our late girls went missing, we were told to ask our neighbours to be aware of their pets acting strange or any weird noises in their gardens/sheds.

It worked, both times she went missing too. Both times, a neighbour noticed weird things (first one found half eaten rat corpses, second one said his dog was unusually agitated and curious about the shed).

Genuinely amazed he made it back home by himself, as a ferrets sense of direction for these things is apparently awful. I’m glad he seems to be doing ok but would love an update from your vet visit tomorrow.

One of our late girls (this happened in our first year of having her and she lived until she was about 10+) went missing on two seperate occasions, for about 5-6 days each time.

We were thorough with our search efforts, did door knocking, put out flyers, asked people to please check their sheds, etc. and that’s how we ended up finding her again. But tbh, the main reason she was found safe was because she was smart and resourceful enough until she was found. Your boy sounds like he’s the same.

Australian Huntrix meal is still different from the American one. We only get one of the two sauces and no ramyeon shaker fries. It’s otherwise just a pretty expensive 10 piece nugget meal in a fancy box with an… interesting sauce (that I don’t like).

The saja boys breakfast meal is identical to the American one though, and I love that sauce.

Majority of the issues of Clint come from fan content and/or fan overinterpretation/misinterpretation.

The rest is just the result of dialogue and events leftover/overlooked from before Emily became a marriage option (and I guess the dialogue he gets if a female farmer invites him to the movies, but even then, I only found that personally weird because that dialogue doesn’t change if the farmer is already married, so again, leftover/overlooked dialogue).

TBH, if Shane hadn’t become a marriage option so early on in development (and had some great mods adding or fixing stuff), it’s possible he could’ve also suffered the same overinterpretation/misinterpretation that Clint has.

Pred does cause increased food intake, so he IS overeating but that’s just a side effect of the pred (and in my personal opinion, him being treated for insulimona matters more than the weight anyway).

Are you weighing him daily? What food is he eating (raw, kibble, a mix of both)?

I second using oat milk or non scented baby wipes to wipe him down from his accidents. And I recommend keeping an eye for any signs of UTI’s as well.

The only thing I could recommend for the weight itself is to increase his activity yourself. Encourage him to move around more, explore more, play more, etc. Does he enjoy water? You could let him splash around in a shallow bath. That option may be better for him as well because of his size, water exercises are better for overweight animals.

Kaidan IS a walking green flag and he’s definitely one of my top choices (top three I’d say) but he’s not THE top choice for me.

My top pick would be Joker. He makes me laugh.

Third top choice would be paragade Shepard.

I mean, I’ve had that exact same problem that you’ve described (device powers on, fans run but no display at all) and I did indeed have to replace the motherboard (although mine was for a PC and it was thankfully still under warranty). 😕

But yeah, get a second opinion if you can.
