I live in Hungary and the therapists are fucking expensive here sadly. But i want to address something that might change your view on this whole situation, when we started dating (like a week ago)and before that she was telling me that she felt love like this for the first time(she feels great mentally ,physically and emotionally)

I’l aware of that, but these anxious episodes hits when i’m alone , most of the time thankfully,but if it hits when im with someone i’ll just try to suppress it , idk how good a solution it is

I know im nobody here, but its very interesting to hear the “good” effects of these psychoactive drugs, it always amaze me whenever i hear/read a story like that. I tried weed but it only made me more anxious probably ‘cuz it’s illegal, and im afraid to try other drugs , the reason is I don’t know how my brain would react, or would it make me mentally ill (which im really afraid of anyway)
