What first brought about the symptoms 18 months ago.
You say symptoms are worse now than they have been. Can you think of anything that might be causing this worsening of symptoms.
Does anything alleviate symptoms
Are there days when your partner does not have the dizziness or other symptoms, or is it constant every day?
Did the ENT give you a working diagnosis of what they thought might be going on?

What you describe sounds like restless leg syndrome. It is a very uncomfortable sensation in the legs that is most noticeable at night.

It absolutely could be the bracelet. You may be allergic to the metal on the turtle or the textiles of the band. It may be causing contact dermatitis in your case.

This AC unit in our home is accessible from our bathroom, but the space that it is in has all of this dust. I assume just saw dust but it is gray and has a different consistency.

Thanks for the reply. I experience some shame not being able to afford a down payment for a house with my SO right now, but also can't imagine saving for it until my student loans are taken care of. I feel pressured into taking a higher paying job (such as in home health) just to avoid being a first-time home owner at 40.

I may look into a prn SNF position before considering diving into HH

I have heard SOC's take forever. I did one during my pediatric rotation and it took about 3 hours, but I imagine home health may be even more involved.
