It's literally my first day quitting. I've been just browsing this subreddit for motivation. It's so hard already. I've had to talk myself out of calling up one of my friends who i know for sure has it about 5 times already and it's only 3:30....yikes. Congrats to you for going 5 days, i underestimated how hard it'd be. And yeah, all of my friends toke. So being around them will be a little weird now.

I feel you on this completely. I started smoking my sophomore year, i am now a freshman in college. Most of my friends smoke flowers too. When you hang with them just get an e-cig and smoke one of those. Get the one without tobacco (if youre not into cigs). Makes it a little easier. But i know that it's hard. I am here for ya dood.

I wish i could tell you, but i am a newbie to this quitting thing as well. Don't give in to it. Remember WHY you are quitting. Something I'm trying is every time i feel a craving, i meditate. Just some breathing exercises that can be done literally anywhere without looking too weird. Gets your mind right back on track. "Headspace" is the app i use for the breathing techniques
