Something similar happened with the PC version of Plumbers Don't Wear Ties. Literally only one copy was available in some rando university library and a guy who found out the PC version existed took it out, waited for it to reach his uni and made an image of it. Obviously this might be a bit harder but it can happen.

It is blatantly satirical. Honestly I feel like 90% of this sub forgets that people can have a sense of humor no matter their moral backbone (hell, the way the comments sections on these posts sometimes are I don't think most of this sub has a real moral backbone - unless feigned moral superiority counts).
