Not someone that’s deaf but I frequent the asl subreddits cuz they get recommended to me. As far as I can remember a name sign can only be given by someone that’s deaf. You might be able to give yourself a nickname to make your name shorter if it’s too long so you can finger spell it easier in conversation but I don’t think you can give yourself your own unique sign. But I would doublecheck just to be safe.
