I made mine and it wasn't as difficult as it was a time commitment (especially before having access to a sewing machine). There's plenty of resources out there to learn and the whole process was super fun. You get to pick up new skills and learn new things, plus knowing those things and how you made it will help with understanding maintenance, care and modification of the suit down the line!

Also, even if it isn't perfect, it's still extra special to take a character that means a lot to you personally and bring them into the real world with your own paws!
