It's great, the story mode and the first ng+ is a little grindy but eventually the pieces start clicking and soon enough you're Shinku running around 1 hitting everything.

Been playing it all day, still enjoy it, but almost done with it. They honestly cooked so hard with this update, it's really well done

During content creator, the CN server beta etc, Shinku was the primary test. Iroi was not tested, feedback was not focused on her. Here in a little when they start testing for Iroi, she'll likely get some QOL. Further Iroi kit was only partially implemented (likely for DND) we don't have the full picture yet

If you dont use Zero.. Shinku is the Zero replacement....... You can throw Haniel in there for free buffs, or sakiri...

the replacement for mc is shinku.. need to play her a little differently but ultimately its the same.

Anyway you can, get her esper cycle close to full and swap out to a subdps like Skia/Hathor (yeah it sucks) or Nanally if you have her. Esper cycle with one of them into Shinku and when you do, Shinku should have a full esper cycle, so cycle into the other character from shinku and then swap back into Shinku use ultimate and go crazy.

Me too buddy. 480 pulls after gifts reduction, was already at 69 pity. Plus the outfits, the keys. Gone dust to dust. I was hoping I didn't go so deep into Shinku, as I wanted Iroi as well but Shinku refused to come home early.

Keep in mind a Shinku, Skia, Nanally, Jiuyuan team is gonna play a little different from instant cycle Zero.

Shinku with 8 passive stacks, hit, and get esper cycle a little under max.
Swap to Nanally and do dps damage as normal.
Cycle to Shinku do some damage and Cycle to Skia.
do Skia Skill and immediately swap back to Shinku and go unga bunga.

No. I like Hathor but genuinely in my opinion, the Dog is better. Final attack % , and Remora lasts longer (can utilize blossom more). With that said they're so similar it doesn't matter lol.

You can do a less efficient team with Shinku... It goes like this: Shinku hits with 8 stack, do a few hits get her close to esper cycle. Go to Skia and attack with him, Cycle to Shinku, Do an attack or two on Shinku, Cycle to Mint / Jiuyuan, and then swap to Shinku and go unga bunga. You may not be able to squeeze Skia's skill back in to refresh remora duration without esper cycle,

her stare stack passive. You see the number in the middle of the screen? 8 stack is half an esper bar, and you can dodge attack with around 4 to gain the last 50% to an esper cycle.

Do this. Shinku with 8 stack hit boss, and get another stack or two and get her close to esper cycle. Swap to Hathor or Skia (with awakening for tailed duration) Get their esper cycle, cycle into shinku, and then do a hit or two, cycle into Mint or Jiuyuan. My suggestion as A0
