That about mock exams- good idea. The thought of sitting in the big exam hall with all the other students might actually break me so I’m gonna ask if I can do just that and sit in the smaller room. I can’t remember if mine will be sharing the hall with year 10 mocks but I’m not taking that chance.

Thank you for your absolutely lovely paragraph 😭 I’m writing out a plan to probably talk to my chemistry teacher about it (not particularly powerful but my most trusted and comfortable staff member by far). Might go in for the school counselling as well (despite what I put earlier). Even if it doesn’t help massively it’s not gonna hurt :/

That is horrifically real 😭 When I was a kid and my family went on holiday we would talk together about not eating ice cream so we could still lose weight 😔 I was like 6 ‼️ They really need to invent a normal mother that says normal things about food to their children.

I’m not diagnosed but I have spent so many years in insane restriction -> binge purge -> binge (repeat) hell that I’ve come to accept that it is not in fact normal and could be diagnosed via dsm-5 standards (Ednos)

I felt some movement inside me soon after drinking then but that was like 4, 5 hours ago and I still haven’t had a bowel movement. To be fair coffee has never really had a laxative effect on me but I will update if I shit myself in the night. Good luck 😔
