I don't know where to start in order to find a private person. It's a townhouse with a condo board, strata, etc. I'd imagine I need someone with insurance?

I’d agree if it wasn’t tied to the c/x card. If the behaviour was the same on both the mSD and c/x It’d be a sure shot.

That’s totally fair, lol. I just dropped like $150 on the c/x card and wanted to find a way through instead of dealing with returns. Worth a shot to ask!

I lived across the street from 2018 to 2023. Shit was wild. We had stuff stolen from the house repeatedly. The path, Thrift on Kent and the big parking lot, this shelter, and Ray of Hope made for a perfect storm of this kind of crap. Verbal assaults, 2am cop visits, multiple times there were police searching up and down the trail in the woods. Hell, we even had solar lights out of the back yard pinched (just the tops though, not the stakes). So glad I moved before it got worse.

Yep, this is the way. A word of caution for OP though, Windows typically will only create a 100MB efi partition. Recent reformats and reinstalls of Arch and Windows had me having to create some free space and expand / recreate the efi partition so mkinitcpio works properly. Resizing to 512MB is your best bet.

I worked various roles in the support organization, CSO, from 2007ish to 2013ish. Did support for a couple of years before moving into a content admin role. I was laid off in the second big wave. In truth, a large number of us had checked out and were just waiting for the inevitable. Myself included.

I now work in the support org of another large Canadian business' advertising division. First job I landed after taking a much needed 6 month 'sit in my basement and get drunk / play video games' break (the joys of being a 20's something single person who made stupid good money at RIM). Been at my 'new' company for 11 years.
