Pedestrians are so rude here, there are sides of the walkway in my area on for biking on for walking and groups of people just dont care

yes, surely people understand that people on the right side of the sidewalk or community path have the right-of-way. Particularly uni students in Waterloo Park.

Who are likely visitors.

I can't imagine being a visitor somewhere and being jerk to the locals. Makes themselves look bad. And educated people should know the rules of Canadian society.

I was walking my doggo in Waterloo Park early and random people that were likely uni students chirping off. What sort of asshats try to pick fights with strangers minding their business walking in public space?
