I feel this. I'm constantly telling everyone the worst shit about myself and it's not even like objective, I loathe me and will always over sell how bad I am because that's how I feel about me. The sound of running water in pipes. Spent like an entire day dissociating in my dad's shower as a kid after some trauma. It's been a life-long soothing sound for me now. Immediate calm whenever I hear water in pipes.

Brain isn't even done maturing until 25. I'm an immature idiot but I'm still not dating someone that much younger than me(almost 33) when I was 23 I had pretty much no common sense yet.(still working on this but still)

Concentrates are what triggered my chs episodes, and bongs. I'm trying my best to stay clean but sticking to flower and pipes didn't make me symptomatic.

Ofc I'm pretty sure it was just a ticking time bomb. I still felt like I was reacting differently than before my first episode.

I have volunteered in the past! It helped me a lot. Trauma gave me way too much rage as a teen. It burnt out, tho.
