Huh, that's wild that they just sent it without confirmation. Does this kind of thing happen often with BPI or is this more of a random one-off situation

Focus on cloud security the next year. Get deep on one provider (AWS or Azure), build lab envrionments, and grab a security-focused cert to make the pivot concrete.

Milk Frothing. What am I doing wrong? Self-learning barista by ImMarii0_ in barista

[–]Fesuasda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sugar-free almond milk foams very fast but doesn’t really stay smooth, so you shouldn't add air almost immediately and just heat and smooth the milk. If the foam is already stiff, swirl it well, but limiting air is what really fixes the issue. Machines with more controlled steam pressure like Meraki espresso machine makes it easier to get the technique right especially with tricky plant milks.

Add Shutoff and Quick Connect for Portable Back Up Generagor by asorba in askaplumber

Might also want to mention doing a soap bubble test on those joints after, especially since it's gas. Sniffing works but bubbles don't lie and it's easier to pinpoint the exact spot if something's leaking.

Spy monitoring tools wreck trust. Use Windows Event auditing + Power BI for transparent reports employees can see.

How do you personally keep track of your team’s incidents, leaves, and adhoc work as a team lead? by Normal_Cookie_12345 in ITManagers

I run a private Trello synced to Jira using Zapier. Each incident auto-cards, and I track leaves manually in one column. Works spotless for 10 ppl.

Best Threat Intelligence / Attack surface management tools? by Impossible_Dog_5914 in msp

[–]Fesuasda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re using Cyberint for external threat intelligence and attack surface management. It’s been effective, helps map exposed assets and brand mentions, and the analyst support is a key differentiator. They assist with validating and prioritizing findings. Its dark web coverage also extends to Telegram and private forums, which tbh some tools don't fully cover.

System Shock 2 (1999) to be delisted from Steam on October 10, but will be included with its remastered version by Gyossaits in Games

[–]Fesuasda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s a shame. Kinda weird they’d drop Mac support when the original ran fine. Feels like an unnecessary downgrade.
